Begin Again is a gentle, 28-day guided program for people working in education who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what comes next. Together, day by day, we’ll create space to rest, steady your nervous system, and reconnect with what you need—so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence at school and at home. You’ll be supported throughout, with a calm structure based on my book to help you feel safe, seen, and held as you begin again. Once you have signed up, all you need to do is wait for your next steps email which will arrive the week before our start date.
